It’s not the first time getting hit by the flu because I was reckless in training. I was doing quite well when I just went that extra mile in the last few sessions before the breakdown; best part is, I knew I was dangerously close to catching a bug coz a lot of people around me was coughing or had a bug.
Long story short, 2 weeks down; building the strength back to where I left off is a bloody pain in the ass but I thought the rest was quite a good reset to my routine. So now I’ll be disciplined with the vitamins and be more mindful of what my body is telling me 🙂
