Seemed to be a pretty slow week, with about 7.5hours put in. Can’t seem to keep up with a higher number of hours in training, guess I better make sure my workouts are quality ones….no more half hearted sessions!
Managed to do a nice afternoon run along the Yarra River in Melbourne, I didn’t really had a plan and just wanted to do a 1hr-ish run. Weather was nice and cool with quite a crowd building up during lunchtime, people were heading out for a quick run during their lunchbreak.
Spent Saturday morning doing up some posters for Metasprint. It was my first sprint distance race, and a couple of my friends were doing their very first triathlon! It was great to be able to witness and see them along the course, a real milestone for all of them. Race report to come.
